Call Center Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee the success of the Pre-Arrival agents and teams assigned to them. 

Ensure that extraordinary efforts are being taken at all levels to deliver excellence in every aspect of the marketing program. 

Guarantee proper operation of the marketing program through effective management, excellence in personnel leadership & accurate & timely communications with Customers, Employees and Management.

Train employees to increase their level of customer service and sales skills on an ongoing basis.

1.   This is a senior leadership role. Potential to earn up $150,000.00k annually

2.   Responsible for providing budgeted qualified Customers at or below the budgeted cost per tour and marketing cost per sale.

3.   Responsible for ensuring that Customer quality meets or always exceeds company expectations.

4.   Responsible for managing program expenses to budget.

5.   Responsible for all aspects of productivity; including the number of prospects by resort, labor efficiencies, lead, and phone efficiencies, etc.

6.   Responsible for maintaining and improving the program’s productivity levels

7.  Manages arrival spread to budget, by day, by week, by month, by quarter, and ytd by location

8.   Ensures required labor levels are always met

9.   Presides over all aspects of the solicitation process.

10.  Must assist manager with interviewing, hiring, training, and the termination process

11.  Responsible for phone solicitation throughout the day to ensure team’s quota is achieved
