About the Role.
As a Team Captain, you'll be the primary voice of the Expert community, responsible for managing Expert’s daily performance within the market.
Team Captains are exempt employees who are compensated with competitive pay and attractive employee benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities.
- Lead and coach Experts through Enjoy’s Values and Brand standards
- Ultimately responsible for inspiring, motivating and managing the daily performance of your team:
- Provide consistent coaching and feedback to hold your team accountable to achieving results
- Support in the facilitation of performance conversations as directed by the Senior Team Captain and/or Market Captain
- Coach Experts before, during and after visits to build on-the-job capabilities and assess the Enjoyer experience
- Manage daily scheduling needs and apply capacity planning practices to support the Expert and Enjoyer experience
- Plays a critical role in building and maintaining a high-performing team:
- Execute segments of the market hiring strategy as directed by the Market Captain
- Lead and/or support in facilitating successful training and on-boarding programs
- Develop team members to elevate performance and grow their career
- Validate training effectiveness
- Connect, inform, and inspire the team through one-on-ones, daily huddles, and visit observations.
- Deliver 5-star Enjoyer visits and experiences as business needs dictate.

Qualifications.
- 3 years experience in a people management role
- Ability to travel for the first two weeks of onboarding and training
- Ability to work 10 hour shifts, possible overtime, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long durations
- Ability to regularly office out of the Enjoy House
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
