Responsible for proactively driving all aspects of the talent acquisition process from start to finish. Must act as an "Ambassador" for EnLink and exhibit the utmost professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Have a strong passion for recruiting high level talent and building relationships both with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct stakeholder strategy meetings to discuss role definition and recruiting strategy
- Source candidates directly via social media and other internal and external tools
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Prescreen candidates and guide hiring managers regarding selection
- Ensure hiring managers understand compliance and legal regulations during identification, screening and hiring process
- Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates, including the scheduling and logistics of all interviews with hiring managers
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of company hiring policies
- Train hiring managers with regard to the applicant tracking system and behavioral interviewing
- HS Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the full recruitment lifecycle including role definition, client management, strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer development in a corporate setting required.
- Oil and gas or energy industry experience highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Must have strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and onboarding portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
