Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities of CNC Machinist and Setup Technicians
- Review all new jobs
- Provide required information to the PMs for quoting process
- Provide general support to production supervisor and team as needed
- Manage the tooling inventory and budget
- Ensure production, safety, and quality procedures are being followed
- Assess, train, and coach to improve department's overall performance
- Coordinate process flow with other departments
Qualifications
Abilities:
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
- Strong CNC programing skills on mills and lathes
- Experience with CAD-CAM software
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Computer literate
