Summary: Program Manager - Seeking an experienced individual with a background in aerospace composite projects, NPI, and program management, who possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to influence others.
Requirements:
- Experience with aerospace composite projects.
- Proficiency in NPI (New Product Introduction) and prototyping/1st part qualifications.
- Ability to handle complex projects with high volumes and multiple parts.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in program management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of DOD or Aerospace industry.
- Familiarity with international customers and supply chains.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all program-related activities, including engineering, quoting, tooling, production, schedule, status, and quality.
- Review estimates of material and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare bids, process specifications, test reports, progress reports, and other necessary documents.
- Support contract negotiations with customers or bidders and keep management and customers informed of program status.
- Administer contracts and ensure accurate recording of program status and purchase orders.
- Coordinate customer engineering, contract change proposals, RFQ activity, and collaboration between sales, production, and shipping departments to fulfill contracts.
- Maintain records and ensure accurate entry of customer orders into the sales order system.
