Tech Coordinator

Summary : Seeking a Tech Coordinator with experience in technical services and customer support, proficient in data reporting and administrative coordination.

Requirements :

Minimum Associates degree; Bachelor's degree preferred

Two years' experience in technical services or related environment with phone support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

Strong data entry and typing skills

Experience with Biological and Industrial Microscopes highly preferred; similar precision instruments considered

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, or other CRM databases

Ability to suggest improvements to current processes

Responsibilities :

Data reporting and analysis

Coordinate non-technical Field Service administrative requirements with various teams

Create assets / projects, service quoting, process purchase orders, parts allocation, task creation, case assignment

Ensure accurate billing to customers and final part designation

Handle part order requests within NetSuite including job / project creation / selection

Monitor backorder status for timely shipment coordination

Process part return requests (D4s) within NetSuite

Establish Parent Customer accounts in NetSuite as needed

Set up new vendors and prepare commercial invoices

Support Field staff through effective processing of requests

Manage external customer communications in alignment with business protocols

Create and distribute Key Performance Indicator reports

Pay Details : $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
