Summary : Seeking a Training Specialist III to implement and operate training programs, develop training curriculum, and create course content for personnel at all levels.
Job Requirements :
Academically trained Instructional Systems Designer (e.g., M.S.Ed. in Instructional Systems Design)
Ability to translate technical design information into user-friendly E-IDS Web Based Training (WBT) material
Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Visio or graphic editor, Articulate Storyline 360 or equivalent animated WBT
Demonstrated ability to review and provide editorial comments for content developed by team members
Experience in one of the four FAA subject areas : Air Traffic, Technical Operations Support, Security and Data Administration, Second level Debug and Engineering Support
FAA experience with second level engineering
Job Responsibilities :
Implement and operate training programs, practices, and procedures
Design and administer training programs for all levels of personnel
Develop, test, and maintain training curriculum for customer products or services
Create course content, training materials, including CBT or WBT
Conduct individualized or classroom training sessions
Stay updated on training and development research including learning theory and new methods
Develop in-house programs to identify developmental needs
Evaluate or oversee contractors / vendors in developing / administering training programs
Pay Details : $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
