Our Partner Management team is looking for a Digital Partner Coordinator for a key role in a growing department. We are looking for an energetic, passionate and solutions-oriented individual to help us improve our ability to flawlessly execute and support audience engagement and growth on RADIO.COM’s digital, mobile and app platforms.
This role will be a point of contact with content partners across broadcasters, podcast creators and mainstream media brands. You will help strategize and execute digital promotion plans across web, email, mobile, and social that align with our business goals. Responsibilities will also include data analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate has digital and/or audio experience, managing a variety of concurrent promotional projects end-to-end and is comfortable with data reporting platforms like Google Analytics. To be successful in this role, you will know how to operate well in a large matrixed organization, and can manage relationships with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with the lifecycle of content partnerships, from onboarding to focusing on promotion and data reporting.
- Aids in creating marketing plans to drive growth for company and partner KPI’s.
- Prepares regular reports and presentations on performance and key metrics for stakeholders.
- Serves as a liaison with internal cross functional teams on promotion execution, including mobile, email, web, and social.
- Supports all elements in creating consistent communication with partners, maximizing promotion opportunities.
· Communicates regularly with partners, providing updates and requesting data and information as needed.
Helps to identify ideas to optimize partnership and increase growth.Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital/Audio role within an Agency or Large Entertainment, Digital Publisher or Media Brand
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, Domo and other measurement platforms and tools a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite with Excel and PowerPoint
