Recruiter
Enterprise Automation is seeking a Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team in Irvine, CA. The Recruiter is responsible for meeting the hiring goals of the company and support growth strategies for all departments. The Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process including sourcing qualified candidates, managing interviews, and presenting offers of employment.
Most of the recruiting will be for the Engineering Department. This department typically hires Engineering graduates straight from college. EA has formal recruiting systems in place which include the use of our current Engineers to assist with the recruiting, interview, and selection process. EA also has a sophisticated training system for the Engineers we hire.
Responsibilities and expectations:
- This position is a hybrid of in-office and remote work, employee will be required to live withing 45 minutes during peak traffic hours of our Irvine, CA location.
- Expected to be an EA cultural ambassador by delivering a consistent, high quality candidate experience through professionalism, integrity, and clear transparent communication
- Develop and manage positive relationships with talent acquisition resources, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Maintain EA hiring philosophies, methodologies, and processes
- Manage and meet deadlines for all hiring campaigns
- Manage and schedule interviews collaborating with Project Management team and hiring managers to efficiently utilize recruiter resources
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring as an acquisition subject matter expert

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Personable, able to foster and maintain positive relationships with vendors and EA Team
- Self-motivated, proactive, and open to feedback and guidance
- Able to demonstrate the ability to drive recruiting initiatives to meet company goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
- Experience using ATS tracking systems and online sourcing platforms preferred
- College recruitment experience a plus
