ATM and Card Services Representative I - Lowell, MA

What You'll Do : The ATM and Card Services Representative I is expected to proficiently and independently perform a variety of functions related to the ongoing processing and maintenance of debit and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) cards, ATM Balancing, ATM and Debit Card disputes as well as assist with other duties within the ATM and Card Services area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :

ATM Balancing

  • Balances ATM reconciliations and research errors as needed.
  • Remote balances ATMs as needed.
  • Sends ATM Totals to the branches when they cannot print them themselves.
  • Saves ATM Settlement sheets received from branches and processes suspect malfunctions that coincide with ATM over / shorts.

ATM & Debit Card Disputes

  • Balances ATM / Debit Card disputes and adjustments.
  • Completes Dynamics Cases pertaining to EFT Disputes and Error Resolution Claims.
  • Enters and maintains EFT cases in Centrix Dispute Tracking system.

Research and Maintenance

  • Contacts customers to determine if transactions identified by Enfact Fraud detection system are fraudulent.
  • Assists branches with debit card issues as needed.
  • Completes Dynamics Case processing and responds to department emails.
  • Reviews reports on temporary limits on Debit Cards.

Other

  • Performs all duties consistent with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations as well as Bank policies.
  • Performs all duties consistent with Card Network Rules and Regulation E.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Exceeds customer expectations by following the guidelines outlined in the Customer Experience Program.

The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm.This position is eligible for Onsite or Hybrid. If Hybrid, onsite days will be determined in consultation with Management.

Candidate will be required to train onsite for at least 6 weeks. Candidates from MA, NH, and ME only.

Requirements : Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school or two or more years related experience and / or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
