Opportunity
- Join one Urologist and two APPs in an office within the hospital for easy access to surgery and consults.

Compensation/Benefits
- $650,000 bonus based on RVU production.
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning a base salary)
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days $6,000 CME annually
- 1:3 call
