Enthuse, representing 21Seeds, is looking for a high-energy, outgoing Seeds Agent to join the team. We’re spreading the word about 21Seeds in Southern California.

The fresh, fun tequila is making big waves at exciting bars, clubs, and restaurants, so we need someone with the right vibe to talk us up with consumers and trade professionals.

The right person will be friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on a wide range of tasks. You’re tech-savvy and a great communicator.

Events? You’re never not down. You know and love the 21Seeds brand and are already an evangelist. Maybe you’re an influencer, maybe you’re not, but your definitely influential your friends and family look to you to call the shots for whatever is cool, exciting, and new.

This role is ideal for beverage professionals who are early in their careers. There’s room for you to grow and change, and you’re fresh perspective will be a huge asset.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Generate visibility for 21Seeds in bars, restaurants, and clubs
• Secure placements for 21Seeds in on-premise accounts and expand offerings in existing accounts
• Plan and execute consumer sampling events
• Build relationships with key accounts throughout the region
• Adhere to ethical and professional requirements at all times
• Create and complete special projects as needed

The physical demands of this role require the following :

• Bending, squatting, crouching and reaching, climbing, kneeling, and stooping including to arrange and display point of sale
• Frequent lifting and moving cases of product and other objects of 50 pounds or more

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in hospitality, sales, or beverage marketing
• Can-do attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn about the 21Seeds brand and the tequila category
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for influence
• Capacity for indepepdent work and managing a schedule
• Detail-oriented, team-first working style
• Effective presentation skills and ability to connect with a wide range of audiences
• Experience using social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $85,000.00-$100,000.00. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history / job-related skills and qualifications, length of service, brand program, and geographic location.

This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
