The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Director, Talent Management, you will help further scale the recruiting organization to meet the needs of a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
Strategy:
- Provide a positive candidate experience in hiring, manager communication, candidate relationship development and the effective execution of recruitment practices.
- Continue to evolve effective, creative, scalable recruiting strategies and processes to support Entrada’s projected growth.
- Manage key stakeholders and recruiting partners to drive effective recruiting efforts that ensure all recruitment channels are returning high quality talent at the required scale.
- Partner internally & externally to continually develop and promote on appropriate platforms our compelling employer brand including articulating and defining the company's image, organizational culture, key differentiators, reputation, promoting Entrada as an employer of choice.
- Manage and co-develop effective partnerships and channels to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Optimize the current Applicant Tracking System and other TA ops activities: Partner with the people ops team on future iterations of the system and on data analytics.
Tactical:
- Full life cycle recruitment from kick off to offer presentation
- Pre-screen all applicants to ensure cultural fit and qualifications
- Partner with hiring managers on developing job descriptions, recruitment strategy, sourcing, and assessment of candidates
- Ensure the team is working within budget, screening for values driven behavior and acting with urgency to expedite the selection process and maintaining a fair and compliant recruitment process.

To thrive on our team, you will need to come with:
- 5-7 years of experience with full life cycle recruiting focused within R&D and clinical roles, preferably in a fast-paced, changing environment
- 5 years of experience leading hiring in a hyper-growth environment; 25-30% annual headcount growth
- 3 years of experience regularly interfacing and communicating with executive leaders up to the C-suite Proven track record of utilizing a data-driven approach Experience in HR/TA/Business transformation efforts a strong plus
- Bachelor’s Degree

As a Contractor with Entrada, you will be eligible to participate in the Company’s transportation benefit and may expense up to $150 monthly for commuting purposes. Our location in the vibrant and growing Seaport District is close to all the best that the city of Boston has to offer. You will also be able to log Holiday hours to be paid for National Holidays.
