Enumerate is looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our team!

Then you’ve come to the right place! Enumerate is the preferred software provider for Community Association Management (CAM) companies, aka those who represent over half of the new homes built in America today.

We help CAM professionals save time and money by offering a solution that can transform a small business.

We need competitive people to join our like-minded SDR team. You bring your A game, and we will reward you accordingly. Base pay range is 45-55k with uncapped commission.

Our goal is to give you an opportunity to move up from an SDR role within 8-12 months.

We provide coaching so you should come wanting feedback and open to learning something new. Coaching happens on three levels : at 1 : 1 meeting between you and sales leadership, collectively in sales meetings, and when you are paired up with another rep to shadow and roleplay.

The SDR quota is 45 calls per day and at least 10 meetings set and held per month, once you’re through initial training.

The first couple weeks your focus is to shadow, do peer-to-peer roleplaying, and get 1 : 1 coaching with a sales leader.

Once you are on the phone, expectations are as follows :

Month 1 - 1 meeting set and held

Month 2 - 3 meetings set and held

Month 3 - 6 meetings set and held

Month 4 and on - 10 meetings set and held

For location, preference will be given to applicants in Clearwater, FL or Knoxville, TN, but we are open to a fully remote arrangement for the right candidate.

You should have

  • Required : 6 months of in-person or phone sales experience
  • Preferred :
  • Successful sales experience in a SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, and / or Salesloft
  • Standout Candidates :
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales
  • CAM industry experience
  • Ability to drive towards success through tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
  • An eagerness to learn through feedback, able to adapt to evolving strategies for continuous professional growth and success
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%, potentially to team events and industry conferences. New Hire Orientation included!
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Build relationships with potential customers by phone, chat, email and social media.
  • Qualify and set appointments based on outbound activities (45 calls per day).
  • Engage customers and prospects who visit with us at industry events.
  • Follow up and convert marketing qualified leads.
  • Research companies and develop leads.
