ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Discover, engage, and cultivate new prospective customers (Hunt for new business in the field!)
- Professionally and efficiently present our portfolio of facility services.
- Navigate through the sales process and close buyers at a high rate.
- I'd like for you to maintain relationships with both existing and new customers through follow-up visits.
- Develop short and long sales cycle opportunities, emphasizing restaurant/food establishments, fitness centers, recreation complexes, and the automotive, manufacturing, retail, and education industries.
- Perform weekly service quality reviews with the customer base and educate them on our other product/service offerings.
- Be an active participant in the sales team and exemplify our Core Values.
- Engage with the management team to clearly communicate customer needs.
- Maintain accurate reporting information.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 3 years outside in the field successfully prospecting and selling in a business-to-business environment.
- Experience in selling food or restaurant supplies, facility supplies, or routed services is a plus (linens, chemicals, uniforms, safety equipment and supplies, food products).
- Must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and a reliable vehicle.
- Bilingual skills (verbal and written) are a plus.
POSITION DETAILS
High potential sales position with a leading Health and Safety Facility Services company. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience successfully selling B2B. You'll be responsible for growing sales and retaining existing customers by providing knowledge and bringing your own brand of excellence. You'll educate customers about how our products and services will help their businesses.
