Location: Folsom, CA

With an extensive history and proven track record in Hardware Logistics you will be responsible for the staging & logistics activities as part of the Services team in line with our organization’s goals and vision, and our customer requirements for the North American Region.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project hardware staging, configuration and testing prior to onsite deployment.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve deployment or integration issues quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed.
- Communicate Staging & Logistics documentation change management as required
- Work directly with EVS Vendors/Suppliers as the day to day point of contact and escalating issues to Management.
- Raise logistics related POs, review AP invoices and provide client allocation in a timely manner.
- Drive cost improvement efforts and consider cost implications with all expenditures.
- Back-up to the Logistics Coordinator for the Region including ensuring adequate and quality of stocked parts, working with Corporate in conducting region stock take (physical inventory counts) as required while maintaining stock accuracy at 99% or better and decommissioning of equipment for timely inventory readiness.
- Ensure inventory requiring calibration meet calibration requirements according to procedures
- Back-up to the Logistics Coordinator as needed, to oversee daily shipping/receiving processes, review invoices as received from shipping courier and provide customer allocation.
- Oversee Sentinel on Demand (“SOD”) depot process, work with SOD cross functional teams, ensure Depot management function is fulfilled, returns are decommissioned timely and customer support issues are handled or escalated accordingly.
- Develop, facilitate and manage the Region’s Hardware repair procedures for hardware inventory spares, in accordance to 3rd party requirements. Work with Field Services in conducting in-house repairs. Process shipment for 3rd party repairs when required.
- Process Instrumental or stand-alone orders and provide necessary information for billing purposes
- Logistically manage Telecommunication SIM cards as inventory items including the tracking of active cards and work with telecommunication vendors to deactivate and request new SIM cards.
- Accurate and on time updates to relevant internal tools as required (eg Call Management Systems,Inventory Systems, Timesheets, performance Reviews)
- Other duties as required by manager
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a logistics/inventory management
- Preferred at least 3 years of experience in a similar role/industry
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Products.
- Able to do physical labor such as lifting and standing for short periods of time
- Familiarity with common hand tools and lightweight handheld power tools
- Experience using a voltmeter and other low voltage diagnostic equipment.
- Comfortable working with 12-volt power systems
- Strong drive and self-motivation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete within agreed timeframes
- Able to quickly review and prioritize tasks
- Ability to provide clear and concise analysis and reporting to senior management
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Understanding of Workplace safety procedures
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines

Desirable Knowledge & Experience
- Envirosuite delivers services globally, knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French is valued
- Preferred 5 years of experience in a similar role/industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
