Envirotech is looking for a Field Operations Administrator.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team specializing in customer service and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Ability to complete quality data entry on a timely basis.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary contact with customers and Project Mangers by phone, email and face-to-face interactions developing positive relationships with key customers.
- Review documentation from customers and complete required paperwork for creating projects from start to finish.
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
Experience / Educational Requirements:
- 1-3 years of office experience
- Quickbooks experience
- Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong organizational skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
