Envoltz is looking for a motivated and technical individual to join our electrical team as an Electrical QC Technician/Engineer. In this position, you will be accountable for quality control for all aspects of electrical production from harnesses to final assemblies. This would include hands-on physical checks paired with administrative documentation and recording. Attention to detail and organizational skills are paramount for this position, as there is no margin for error in the high voltage and sophisticated equipment Envoltz produces. A desire to solve problems and seek challenges is a must have personal trait to be successful at Envoltz and in this role.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement electrical production Quality Control processes.
- Execute QC documentation that coincides with physical QC checks.
- Develop and continually improve required QC documentation.
- Conduct and document quality control inspections.
- Organize and manage QC documentation.
- Develop new testing equipment to improve QC check efficiency and accuracy, working with electrical team to produce and implement.
- Final sign offs and preparation of Envoltz electrical equipment prior to shipment.
- Implementing changes to QC process based on customer feedback and in field data received to improve final product quality.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics/wiring diagrams.
- Mark up schematics and communicate appropriately to provide feedback to engineering to ensure accuracy of “as built” schematics.
- Work with all departments to continually develop and improve processes and standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
- Works independently, with other members of the electrical team, and with other shop employees depending on the project or task.
- Education: High School Graduate or GED (Required)
- Education: Associate Degree or Technical Certification (Preferred)
- Education: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Electrical Systems (Preferred)
- Experience: AutoCAD Electrical or Inventor (Preferred)
- Hands-on interest in electromechanical equipment
- Ability to read and interpret Electrical schematics
- Interest in programming and computers
- Creative problem-solving mindset
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
