Nashville Christian Towers in Nashville, TN is looking for a front desk receptionist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Envolve and its affiliated companies.
- Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times for yourself and the company.
- While presenting a professional image, courteously greeting and assisting of visitors and vendors (notifying the proper employee of their arrival) in a professional manner.
- Responding to social media reviews
- Logging resident maintenance requests.
- Pleasantly answer multi-line phone using proper phone etiquette, provide information and receive information concerning matters related to the company. (Keep personal calls minimal)
- Prompt and regular attendance is essential. Without the receptionist present, the corporate office is virtually cut off from all telephone communications.
- The front desk shall never be left unattended. Always make sure someone comes and releases you before you leave.
- Type routine correspondence.
- Assist in mail-outs of marketing material.
- May receive visits or calls regarding complaints, which will need to be referred to proper person for resolution.
- Performs such other duties as may be assigned by Senior Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
- Possess excellent grammatical skills.
