An Office Assistant supports the daily operations of the office by serving as the Office Receptionist and performing a wide range of clerical and administrative support tasks. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and an ability to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day is required. With exceptional performance there is opportunity for advancement.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Serve as Receptionist - Be present during regular business hours to welcome guests to the office
· Set an example of professional demeanor and conduct. This job operates in a professional office environment. Office dress is business casual.
· Receive, record, and redirect questions or concerns from callers and guests in a courteous manner
· Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
· Answer and place phone calls on behalf of the company, check voicemail and deliver messages
· Set up conference room(s) for meetings and presentations. This will entail sanitizing, organizing and restocking refreshments after every meeting throughout the day
· Order, assist in picking up and setting up meals and refreshments for meetings and other business functions and then manage the clearing up and restoring of order in conference rooms and kitchen in a timely manner
· Conduct weekly inventory of office supplies and order supplies needed
· Be responsible for the inventory, organization, stocking, and cleanliness of kitchen
· Complete daily office sanitization requirements which include daily disinfectant wipe down of all common areas, and maintain daily wellness check-in forms in reception area
· Coordinate and call for building maintenance and janitorial support for Main Office & Warehouse
· Manage vehicle maintenance records and coordinate vehicle maintenance
· Provide administrative and clerical support to Office and Field Personnel

Requirements:
· High School Diploma or higher education
· Bilingual a plus
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Ability to lift at least 10 pounds
Experience:
· 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
Hours:
· 40 hours per week
