What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Coordinator position at EOS?

THE POSITION:
As the Training Coordinator, you will need to be a highly motivated and organized team player with an eye for detail. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to booking courses, ensuring that all candidate paperwork is received, is valid and documented correctly. You will regularly liaise with our Field Techs and senior management on a daily basis.
You will provide daily reports on engineer progress and deliver tiering content for field techs to follow.
You will process and action all documents generated during a training course, and capture all relevant data generated. You will use this information to complete reports weekly or monthly as required. Aside from your Admin duties, you may be asked to carry out other duties to help the team, these jobs will be discussed during an interview or appointment to the role.
This position reports into the Director of Field Engineers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Identify training dates for the next calendar year, maintain training calendar, and manage processes for signing up and tracking attendance
- Reserve training rooms for upcoming year, schedule meetings and virtual trainings / exercises, and coordinate logistics for training
- Track training expenses and assist with forecasting annual training budget
- Draft monthly emails to Training Program stakeholders
- Collect and collate training feedback from participants for program improvement
- Assist with researching and vetting vendors, as directed
- Cross functional support
- Complete training programs for all team members
- Draft training proposals using MS PowerPoint
- Manage cross-functional training projects from outline to implementation
- Prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines
- Maintain project management resources and tools including templates, dashboards, project sprints, and enhances project workflows
- Complete training programs for all team members
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Previous experience working as a Training Coordinator role required
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments
- Experience providing full-scope training materials, from analyzing company needs to lesson planning, development and implementation
- Knowledge in the AV sector
- Experience with instruction or training
- Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and excellent organization
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Comfortable working on own initiative and in a fast-paced, demanding setting
- Attention to Detail
- Willingness to learn
- Confident dealing with clients, field techs and senior management
- Positive team player
