Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the M&A Marketing activities with responsibility for setting the M&A Marketing Strategy and identify similarities and differences in the marketing processes and identify shared services synergies. Assess where duplication exists and opportunities to create and optimize one service for the organizations
- Assess and plan direction for inbound companies working alongside the M&A SME’s to successfully optimize and accelerate marketing opportunities within the EPAM brand
- Assist the inbound businesses with marketing related activities during the integration time frame
- Plan and prepare for cross functional, joint integration marketing workshops
- Coordinate development of high-level milestone plans and detailed integration plans
- Consolidate and track marketing integration plans
- Report in weekly, all-hands, cross functional integration calls
- Map key marketing processes and systems of acquired company and develop paths to integrate into EPAM’s business and operating framework
- Coordinate efforts across integration workstreams to ensure prioritization of marketing tasks, align dependencies, identify risks, and resolve issues
- Prepare and report program level status in various forums
- Share learnings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within EPAM’s M&A ecosystem
REQUIREMENTS
- 8-10 years of marketing experience in a global, matrixed, multi-cultural firm, ideally a digital technology services or product company
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business or a related area of study or equivalent is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization. We are looking for a solid team player who is also an independent thinker
- Strong organizational skills – you do not let the details slip and have amazing attention to detail
- Endless curiosity and personal commitment to learning and development
- A self-starter who loves taking initiative and seeing things through to completion

- Experience in marketing operations with an understanding of all the core functions
- Strong business acumen, ability to adapt to evolving situations, and strong communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and conflicting priorities
- Experience in implementing change, navigate multiple stakeholder views, drive consensus, and influence decision making; ability to motivate and collaborate in a team environment
- Experience in program management, risk identification and mitigation, change management and continuous improvement in an M&A context
- Become a trusted advisor to EPAM and acquired company executives, business leads and corporate function heads
