Summary:
Our Epic Development Coordinator is a supervisory role responsible for the training and development of Epic Development Specialists. Our Epic Development Coordinator will play a leading role in the successful execution of the organization’s student enrollment leads generated by Epic’s marketing campaigns and student database. Candidates should have exceptional skills in interpersonal relationships and a desire to build strong connections internally and externally. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may
be assigned.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
Key team member of the Strategy and Development department.
Supervise, train, and develop Epic Development Specialists to perform their tasks and duties.
Assist in prospective student recruitment efforts by contacting leads generated from our Marketing campaigns and student database.
Contacting, advising and guiding caregivers and new students through the enrollment process.
Responsible for assessing applications, handling documentation, collecting information, entering data, and providing customer service.
Assess the eligibility of candidates for specific programs, make recommendations based on our offerings and maintain meticulous records.
Make a difference in the lives of students from the comfort and convenience of their own home, while utilizing the latest in web-based curriculum and technology.
Handling questions, issues and providing detailed information on requirements, processes, programs and policies
Collecting information and qualifying candidates for programs, services or courses
Ensuring that applications are completed correctly and that the required supporting materials have been provided
Entering, updating and reviewing data and records
Providing guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidates.
Corresponding with applicants and prospective candidates
Processing enrollments
Conducting information sessions
Additional strategic and development duties and tasks assigned
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience in the relevant field
1-2 years of customer service and/or sales and marketing experience preferred
1-2 years of administrative or enrollment experience preferred
Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to present effectively and persuasively
Relationship-building and relationship management skills.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently and to be effective in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with stakeholders over the phone and in person

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have computer proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Tools. Must have a high aptitude to learn new software as necessary for the business operations of the school.
