What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Consultant position at EPIC Restoration 24-7?
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR consulting services to clients on various HR topics, including but not limited to FMLA, performance management, and organization design.
- Assist clients in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training and development programs for client organizations.
- Manage HR sourcing activities, including recruitment and selection processes.
- Support clients in utilizing HR systems such as Workday for efficient human capital management.
- Advise clients on legal compliance matters related to HR practices.
- Assist in the design and implementation of social media management strategies for client organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends.
- Familiarity with HR systems, such as Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Note: This is a contract position. We are a plumbing company in Florida that needs a resource we can call when we have HR related tasks/issues on an as-needed basis
