Founded in 2003, EPIC Theatres is operated by third and fourth generation exhibitors whose family built their first theatre in 1947. The management and staff of EPIC Theatres are proud to be a part of the exhibition industry. We are dedicated to providing the ultimate movie-going experience in state-of-the-art theatres by properly presenting movies and alternative content in well-maintained facilities.
-Proven ability to consistently deliver key results with minimal supervision.
-Ability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
-Ability to pass a background check.
-When on duty, the Assistant Manager is autonomously put in trust of the daily operation of the movie theatre. They will be required to direct the operation, team members, and services in fulfillment of Company policies, procedures, and standards.The Assistant Manager is in charge of enriching the lives of people—team members and guests alike.-This is not an office job. The Assistant Manager will be on the floor for the majority of their shift. You also will be dealing directly with the public throughout your shift.
Job Requirements: Formal Training/Skills:
High School diploma (or equivalent).
Customer Service/Telephone Etiquette.
Team Building/Problem Solving.
Motor coordination, manual and finger dexterity.
Microsoft Excel.
Microsoft Office.
Job Preferences :
Movie Theatre experience.
Advanced computer skills.
Advanced organization skills.
Telephone etiquette skills.
