About the Role:
The Administrative Assistant maintains and coordinates all front desk activities to ensure efficient operations and professional image of Epicor. This position also provides administrative support.

What You’ll Do:
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Announcing clients as necessary.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Run occasional errands as needed.
  • Booking meeting rooms, typing, filing, organizing, and distributing mail.
  • Serve as key point of contact for corporate staff and clients inquiries.
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
  • Coordinate meeting and conference schedules.
  • Serve as key point of contact for corporate staff and clients inquiries.
  • Prepare, review and track invoices and expense reports.
  • Purchase and maintains supplies and material.
  • Department policy and procedure creation and maintenance.
  • Coverage for mail room.

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and diligent
  • Excellent customer service

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
  • 2 years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • High school diploma
