Epiroc USA, LLC is seeking a dedicated Financial Administrator to join our dynamic and supportive workplace where your analytical & technical skills can shine, while exhibiting a creative imagination. The Financial Administrator position will support Epiroc USA LLC by assisting with its business goals & strategies. This role will work with the business control team, accounting to reporting, procurement and operations on various company projects as they arise. Assist with the reconciliation and maintenance of company leases and be the point of contact for third-party programs.

The Financial Administrator will be expected to always promote a positive customer-oriented attitude, enabling Epiroc to be a true productivity partner for our customers and to be a driver of cross functional collaboration. This role will require strong organizational skills and problem solving. The ideal candidate would be a task oriented critical thinker while being inquisitive and analytical.

Executing with a high level of accuracy and expertise is key to this position. This job is primarily task-focused and does not rely heavily on interactive or social skills. Because this is a creative, technical position, it provides opportunity to thoroughly plan in order to do the job right. You will be able to take charge of your workload and assignments. Responsibilities:
  • Input financial leases into AARO program. Communicate vehicle transactions to operations and to the accounting to reporting team. This includes profit center, employee id, and lease changes.
  • Work with third party providers to collect lease settlements and schedules. Record and maintain the financial integrity locally and within third-party systems.
  • Monthly consolidated billing reconciliation and cost coding for leased vehicle and fuel charges.
  • Review supplier invoices, address discrepancies and take appropriate actions.
  • Administer purchasing credit card (P-Card) program for the company. This includes issuing, terminating P-cards and running reports monthly.
  • Help with the P-card reconciliation. Compare monthly account reconciliations to company expense reports. Communicate and reconcile differences with the business control and accounting to reporting teams.
  • Administer the American Express credit card program. This includes issuing, terminating cards and running reports monthly for the accounting to reporting, procurement and human resources.
  • Collaborate with business control, accounting to reporting, procurement and operations on various company projects as they arise. Be the point of contact for the above third-party programs.
  • Financial Reporting Duties:
    • Assist with the organization of deferred revenue programs. Build a template to track and account for various agreements.
    • Support business control in month-end closing tasks and other projects as needed. Create and prepare month-end journals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred but a combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Accounting or Finance background
  • 2- 5 years of experience in corporate business setting and general understanding of how companies operate
  • End-to-end ERP knowledge, M3 (Infor) preferred
