Your Role Will Involve:
- Masterfully administering and auditing a variety of benefits plans, ensuring alignment with our ethos and goals.
- Engaging with compliance, audits, and reporting with the finesse of a skilled navigator in the complex world of benefits regulations.
- Analyzing plans and driving strategic policy enhancements to keep us competitive and aligned with our business model.
- Becoming the go-to for benefits enrollment and inquiries, where your problem-solving skills will turn challenges into solutions.
- Collaborating with external and internal partners to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
We're Looking For Someone With:
- A robust 4-6 years of experience making waves in benefits functions.
- Academic credentials in Business, Human Resources, or a related sparkling field of study.
- A regulatory knowledge base as solid as a rock, with expertise in all those acronyms (HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, and more).
- Digital prowess, particularly in Excel, and familiarity with HRIS platforms like UKG Pro or Ceridian.
- An analytical mind, organizational wizardry, and the multitasking agility of a seasoned professional.
- Stellar communication skills, a penchant for teamwork, and a drive to thrive in ever-changing environments.
