Job Posting for Organizational Design Project Manager at Episerver
The Organizational Design Project Manager will work closely with the Chief People Officer to oversee all aspects of organizational design across the Episerver global business including the use of locations, remote verse onsite modeling. The person should have experience of relocation, redeployment, and offshoring. The person will own the organizational structure design and organizational change rules, especially during the integration of companies. The Organizational Design Project Manager will maintain the job matrix of Episerver as the internal equity is maintained.
Successful candidate will be natural self-starter, detail-orientated and a quick learner who is comfortable leading large, complex projects in a quick-paced environment where stakeholder management is key for success. This role would suit an individual who is looking to transition out of consultancy or an individual who has in-house experience with organizational design, systems and process change and/or target operating model development.
As anOrganizational Design Project Manageryou will:
Managing the implementation of a new HR information system and a new performance management system, in a post-merger integration environment. Key stakeholders: Chief People Officer and HR team
Managing the organizational design workstream for the post-merger integration working closely with the CEO, CFO, Chief People Officer and HR team
Create and maintains the rules for the organizational structure creation
Maintains the rules for the span of control in different business groups/departments
Maintains company organization charts through Visio or HRIS and ensures tie out with active directories and global system accesses
Conducts regular audits of the organizational structure and recommends changes to make the organization more efficient
Participates in internal/external ISO audits and helps to ensure BCP readiness globally
Leads key global HR projects and obtains participation buy-in from business leaders
Work with the Finance team on alignment of departmental headcounts
Coordinates with HR Leadership and Business Partners on department alignment across regions, consistencies of job matrix, leveling, and more
Designs and maintains the methodology for the job creation and the job evaluation
Leads initiatives for company integrations of organizations
Leads initiatives for outsourcing modeling and go to market strategy
Coordinates with the Talent Acquisition team on new job descriptions, consistencies to matrix, internal policies, etc.
Works with HR and Executive Leadership on job evaluation methodology and facilitates the creation of new jobs and/or new team structuring
Partners with HR Analyst on reporting, designing the system for the job grading and evaluation of job positions
About you:
Comfortable with uncertainty & unambiguity; leading and influencing in such environments.
Can apply structure to an unstructured environment – experience of working with structured project management methodology within an ambiguous environment.
Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
The ability to drive stakeholders to decisions
Offshoring/relocation experience desirable
BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration
3+ years in Organization Design position within a tech company preferred or experience in Organization Design or Target Operating Model Design from a consultancy
Experience in US employment matters
Experience with global organizations with under 2,000 employees
Strong Excel skills
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present findings to key stakeholders
Experience with HRIS system implementations a plus
