Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance goals

- Drive sales and meet sales targets, particularly in wireless sales

Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using technology and computer systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
