We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Warehouse Team as a Warehouse Manager.
THE DETAILS:
You’ll be joining our New Jersey Warehouse team at EQ3 413 Distribution Centre, Elizabeth, NJ, in a full time capacity
- You’ll be responsible for the direct management and handling of all warehousing and distribution functions at EQ3’s warehouse facilities.
- You’ll ensure inventory physically and electronically based on weekly Manifest/Advanced shipping notice is received on time
- You’ll ensure all CLR inventory is prepped for Clearance – coordinate transfer of inventory to clearance locations or via HO Return
- You’ll ensure delivery team are meeting/exceeding customer expectations
- You’ll oversee coordination of store transfers and customer pickups
- You’ll supervise a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, delegation, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and termination
- You’ll ensure coordination and execution of all in-home/in-shop repairs
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Minimum (1) years’ experience in a warehouse management function or supply chain management position.
- Minimum (2) years’ experience in retail stocking or warehousing environment
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- University degree in business, with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management is an asset
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management.
- Familiarity with inventory software, databases and systems
- Strong knowledge of warehouse documentation, with good writing skills.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to perform cost benefit analysis in making customer service decisions
- Must be able to perform manual labor for long periods of time and lift items up to 50lbs
