Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Support:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their efforts in acquiring and retaining clients.
- Develop and create compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase our solutions.
- Prepare detailed cost worksheets to ensure accurate pricing and budget alignment for proposals.
- Provide strategic input during client meetings and presentations to drive business development efforts.
- Ensure all clients are consistently satisfied with our services, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Lead and mentor the account management team, fostering a culture of excellence and client-centricity.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to minimize churn and enhance client loyalty.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and client feedback sessions to continuously improve service delivery.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about project status, deliverables, and any potential issues.
- Act as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring they are met.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability of client accounts.
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in client services, account management, or sales operations within the healthcare or pharma marketing industry.
- Proven track record of supporting sales teams, managing client relationships, and delivering successful projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
