What are the responsibilities and job description for the I-9 Administrator position at Equifax?

Equifax is looking for an I-9 Administrator to join our team! This individual will assists external and internal clients with questions/problems regarding multiple Equifax applications and service, receive and respond to escalated telephone and written requests from clients contacts, and investigate access, configuration, compliance, and functionality issues.

What you'll do

  • Process and maintain Form I-9s.

  • Perform E-Verify process on new-hires and rehires to ensure employment eligibility, and monitor E-Verify exceptions to final resolution.

  • Complete work authorization updates for current employees.

  • Respond to inquiries by phone and electronic communications timely.

  • Assist with training and onboarding of newly hired I-9 Administrators.

What experience you'll need

  • At least one year of experience with I-9 compliance and E-Verify regulations.

  • At least one year of experience with knowledge of foreign visas.

  • At least one year of experience with knowledge of USCIS guidelines.
