What are the responsibilities and job description for the I-9 Administrator position at Equifax?
Equifax is looking for an I-9 Administrator to join our team! This individual will assists external and internal clients with questions/problems regarding multiple Equifax applications and service, receive and respond to escalated telephone and written requests from clients contacts, and investigate access, configuration, compliance, and functionality issues.
What you'll do
Process and maintain Form I-9s.
Perform E-Verify process on new-hires and rehires to ensure employment eligibility, and monitor E-Verify exceptions to final resolution.
Complete work authorization updates for current employees.
Respond to inquiries by phone and electronic communications timely.
Assist with training and onboarding of newly hired I-9 Administrators.
What experience you'll need
At least one year of experience with I-9 compliance and E-Verify regulations.
At least one year of experience with knowledge of foreign visas.
At least one year of experience with knowledge of USCIS guidelines.
