Equifax is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Sales Enablement Team. This Business Analyst role is responsible for the functional requirements of Salesforce–orchestrating the lead to cash process across the enterprise, defining business needs, business processes and business requirements. The Business Analyst is also responsible for identifying areas of transformation and standardization to enable enterprise processes via Salesforce and enable business value. The Business Analyst must assess inputs and outputs from the lead to cash process to enable seamless transition from marketing and sales, as well as, downstream processing.
The Business Analyst works cross-functionally and with multiple levels of the organization to ensure timely and quality design of end-to-end solutions. A successful candidate will be experienced and motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and capabilities–specifically Configure Price Quote (CPQ). This position follows a hybrid framework and requires in-office presence at our Midtown Atlanta location .
What you’ll do
Collaborate with multiple levels of the sales, marketing, finance and operations organizations to understand current business issues and pain points
Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform to address pain points and drive business value
Partner with business stakeholders to understand current business processes, identify gaps between current processes and enterprise processes, define solutions to address gaps, document user stories and business requirements and associated business value
Support prioritization of user stories across multiple business processes and stakeholders
Design and implement business solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality, scalability and timely delivery
Create and maintain project deliverables to ensure business processes, use cases, business requirements, functional designs, test plans, etc are thoroughly and consistently documented using standard templates and centralized repository
Assist in designing the data and solution architecture to support business processes
Collaborate with Process Owner/Architect, Admins and IT partners on complex technical solutions
Document acceptance criteria and testing requirements for positive, negative and regression testing for user stories
Support Functional QA Leader to execute testing activities for use cases, including defect resolution (tracking, triage, resolve, re-test)
Provide content for end user training design, documentation and delivery efforts
Provide end user and production support
Embrace the Equifax single instance strategy for Salesforce.com by supporting governance processes and designing business solutions within the governance model
Maintain an understanding of the Equifax Salesforce.com platform and functional components, including functional data model, integration between components and impacts of process and functional designs with upstream and downstream processes
Establish and maintain positive communication and professional relationships with internal/external customers, team members and vendors/partner
Stay current on Salesforce.com functionality, best practices, releases, product roadmaps and 3rd party applications available via the AppExchange
Maintain Salesforce Admin Certification
Seek additional certifications as necessary
What experience you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years in an analyst, operations, sales, customer support or related role
Proven experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, creating detailed functional designs and/or process documentation
Salesforce Admin Certification

Masters or advanced degree
Experience in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and/or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
