Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for being the point of contact between the subcontractors and the ES Superintendent.
• Coordinating tasks for the day between superintendent and subcontractors, and other ES employees.
• This position will act as the superintendent in situations when management is not around.
• Keeping jobs on schedule and under or on budget
• Maintain the quality and safety of job site.
• Responsible for daily or weekly progress reports of each job site.
• Must be willing to perform all construction job duties when needed to help company save time and stay on budget.

Skills & Qualifications

• Candidates should have four years of experience in the construction industry as well as a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have a strong attention to detail and great organization skill, as the foreman will have to be able to run a construction site effectively in absence of the superintendent/project manager.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel long distances with extended overnight stays.
• Knowledge of a variety of construction tools and methods.
• Capability to operate a variety of construction equipment efficiently and safely.
• Be able to travel up to 80% of the time.
