Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for being the point of contact between the subcontractors and the ES Superintendent.
- Coordinating tasks for the day between superintendent and subcontractors, and other ES employees.
- This position will act as the superintendent in situations when management is not around.
- Keeping jobs on schedule and under or on budget
- Maintain the quality and safety of job site.
- Responsible for daily or weekly progress reports of each job site.
- Must be willing to perform all construction job duties when needed to help company save time and stay on budget.

Skills & Qualifications
- Candidates should have four years of experience in the construction industry as well as a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and great organization skill, as the foreman will have to be able to run a construction site effectively in absence of the superintendent/project manager.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel long distances with extended overnight stays.
- Knowledge of a variety of construction tools and methods.
- Capability to operate a variety of construction equipment efficiently and safely.
- Be able to travel up to 80% of the time.
