EquiSolar is looking for Sales Representatives.
We are looking for top hire a Sales Representative immediately to join our growing and established solar company. Equisolar is accredited with an A rating on the Better Business Bureau (BBB). With over 15,000 installations and over 25 years of experience we’ve helped homeowners save money by switching to a more environmentally friendly, and clean source of energy. Joining our team of Sales Representative , you will be the first friendly contact with our customers, providing them with product knowledge, explaining the benefits of going solar and ultimately establishing rapport with customers and providing them with a tailor-made solar system.
Our company philosophy aligns with helping the planet and embracing humanity. We are a highly experienced dynamic team, whose main purpose helps candidates strive for a long and rewarding career. We offer end to end sales training for candidates, experience is not mandatory but preferred. WE WILL TRAIN!
PAY:
- Commission only, Direct sales.
- Average commission earned per deal is /- $2000.
- High commission potential - No caps.
- 1099 Independent Contractor.

Must meet the following Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older and live within area of recruitment.
- Bilingual
- Able to work 5-6 days a week
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Vehicle, Cell Phone, Tablet or Laptop.
- Capable of working well under pressure, multitask, and practice exceptional critical thinking.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
