- Local point of contact for all new associates
- Works with Technology Manager to ensure PEP receives materials and technology
- Guides PEP thru onboarding process
- Assists with exam prep and scheduling
- Is a partner with Onboarding Manager
- Works with DMs in office around interview prep material and organizes.
- Works with DMs to ensure data in Smartsheet is accurate
- Ensures DMs have resources for meetings
- Preps interview materials for DMs
- Works in concert with Talent Acquisition and follows up w/ leads as needed
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 1 years experience in office setting preferred
- Able to resolve conflict, problems, and function independently
- Leadership skills
- Quick to learn and implement, regardless of result
- Proactive decision-making
- Organize tasks and prioritize
- Meets deadlines
- Guides and understands processes
- Displays good judgment & partners where necessary

Skills
Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
Document Management: Knowledge of document management; ability to categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business information in a secure, effective way.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
