The Bank Management Program is crafted to help you make a smooth transition from college graduate to a pivotal leadership role in banking. This 20-month program offers a structured path to develop your skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities through rotational job tracks.
Key Highlights:
- Rotational Experience: Progress through various areas of the organization, gaining foundational knowledge, leadership insight and hands on application. Departmental rotations include:
- Retail, Customer Care, Operations, Internal Audit, Credit, Compliance, IT, Trust & Wealth
- Accelerated Leadership Training: Designed to cultivate core leadership skills- intensive training includes targeted classroom instruction, specialized leadership development and immersive hands-on experience to equip you with expertise to drive strategic initiatives and lead effectively.
- Values Focused: Incorporating our core values of ICARE (Integrity, Community Focus, Accountability, Respect and Entrepreneurial Spirit), each rotation empowers you to embody these values and integrate them into your daily work.

Program Qualifications
When selecting candidates for our program, Equity Bank is looking for future leaders of our company. These individuals are high-performing college graduates who enjoy a challenging work
environment and have shown a trajectory for success through education and extracurricular activities. Candidates are hardworking, motivated individuals with superior customer service skills and must possess:
- A four-year business-related degree
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Physical Requirements
This position requires standing, walking, bending, and squatting on a regular basis. May require the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or reach with hands and arms. Requires the ability to carry, lift, move or push up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Must be able to talk and listen to others.
Work Environment
This position regularly works in an office setting. Most of the job duties require the employee to be working with computers and electronic media on a regular basis.
