Equus Workforce Solutions
Responsible for the dental care and education provided to patients, including prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
- Provides basic oral health care
- Develops treatment plans to deal with dental health issues
- Interacts with patients and instruct them on proper oral care
- Educates patients on the importance of the relationship between oral health and employability
- Other duties as assigned
Detects and diagnose oral health problems in its early stages
- Degree in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) or Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from a school approved by the Council on Dental Education, American Dental Association (ADA); Other dental schools are acceptable provided the education and knowledge acquired was substantially equivalent to that of graduates from an ADA-approved school
- Licensed to practice dentistry in Texas
- Working knowledge of general dentistry
