Position Overview:
Erdman Automotive is seeking a reliable and dedicated Maintenance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with the upkeep of our facilities, machinery, and overall grounds. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, offering an opportunity for growth within our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance of the grounds, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on various machinery and equipment.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any immediate repair needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive pay ranging from $15 to $16 per hour based on experience.
• Full-time position with potential for overtime.
