Customer Care Specialist

The key role of the Client Care Specialist is to provide an excellent experience to all customers of our team. Our team's wealth of knowledge in the Northland provides our team with the expertise to guide buyers and sellers to make informed decisions that will best serve their real estate interests. Whether they are selling their current home, searching for a new home, or negotiating contracts, all members of our team are experienced, caring professionals who put the needs of the client first in order to help throughout their real estate experience with our team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call team database leads daily and qualify based on the team standards.
- Comply with follow up standards and database management standards.
- Meet daily position based performance standards.
- Prospect for customers in the teams farm area.
- Develop skills daily in order to improve position performance.
- Utilize team Contact Management System at a high level utilizing team standards.
- Set home listing and home buying appointments.
Qualities Needed for Position:
- Have a mastery or will commit to mastery of using words that move people to action.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Highly organized individual that is able to complete clear database entries
- Trustworthy individual that enjoys talking with people and has a clear understanding of the difference between chatting and closing.
The Client Care Specialist is an energetic person who enjoys talking to people and works with a keen sense of urgency. This enthusiastic person is able to work independently and then on his/her feet in order to provide a unique customer experience. The client care specialist is a self starter with a passion for selling. This person will be responsible for a large quantity of leads and is expected to convert leas to an appointment. Additionally, leads will need to be nurtured throughout the process and placed in a personalized follow up system.
The Client Care Specialist will take ownership of leads and actively systemize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They will record their contacts, make detailed notes in the contact system and set up follow up contacts on all nurture leads immediately following each contact.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
