About this opportunity
MANA BCS Bid Contract & Proposal Management is growing and currently searching for a Contract Manager to join the team! The contract industry specialists assist with developing commercial strategies executing them through creation and positioning of commercial value, improvement in terms & conditions from a commercial, legal perspective, and creation & protection of up-sell opportunities.
What you will do
- Guide the creation and ensure conversion of the commercial strategy into the proposal
- Steer the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of the contract
- Ensure Contract Sign off and Handover
- Develop & drive the planning and execution of Contract Governance Preparation & its Execution
- Ensure Contract Completion Verification
- Impel Contract Finalization, closure, and Contract management excellence
- Provide risk Management across the contractual lifecycle
- Partner with Core 3, for improved financial (margins, cash, working capital & upsell) performance of contracts, from the prior SDP baseline
- Ensure governance, through adherence to Sales Directives & applicable RSI & acquiring requisite approvals
- Develop relationship management for enduring customer relationships & happiness, both internally & externally
You will bring
- Experience in Risk and Claim Management
- Confidence to work self-managed in a fast-paced and exciting environment
- Experience in dealing with customers and management at all levels
- Experience negotiating directly with the customer
You might also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law/Business Administration/Finance/Engineering or equivalent
- IACCM certification or equivalent is a plus
This role reports directly to the Contracts Management Mgr. II
