What are the responsibilities and job description for the ICT Program Director position at Ericsson?
About this opportunity
You will work with a highly skilled team in the Solution Area OSS service delivery, working across the domain, often leading or in support of broader 5GC engagements. We are working with the major telco operators and are involved in some of the most critical digital services programs in the company.
What you will do
- Play a valuable role in driving the OSS journey in service delivery.
- Support our MA/CU partners to support pre-sales, assemble solution proposals and deliver projects to our customers.
- Track our deployment, integration, delivery, and documentation of our DGS/OSS offerings.
- Drive best practice development and implementation in order to drive improvements such as cost savings, service optimization and delivery excellence.
You will bring
- At least 11 years’ experience in the Digital Services (including OSS) business in a customer-facing role with at least 8 years in service delivery as a program/project manager.
- Strong academic (Bachelors, ideally Masters) and professional qualifications (PMP or equivalent).
- Experience with different project management environments, including knowledge and experience of agile methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills; you should have experience with managing key internal and external stakeholders from technical teams to the executive suite.
- A keen focus on results, including financial, customer satisfaction and growth.
- Intimacy with Ericsson processes for solutioning (pre-sales) and delivery; be familiar with XPLM & ESAM and the tools being used such as Premium Proposal, JIRA, Erimatch, Navigator365 and Global Chronos.
- A growth mindset: Motivation and willingness to learn something new every day, and a desire to share your knowledge, experience and lessons learned to the wider Service Delivery community.
