About this opportunity
This position is responsible for delivering the program value by leading the implementation, change & adaptation of the I4.0 initiatives across Ericsson Smart Factory Manufacturing sites. They ensure effective, high-quality execution & delivery of the program by leading, governing, collaborating, communicating, reporting & coordinating activities. They work with various stakeholders to identify decisions and recommend execution strategy.
What you will do
- Ensure effective, efficient execution and delivery of the programs through the management of timeline, budget, scope, risks and dependencies during planning, execution and conclusion of the program.
- Manage governance, collaboration, communication, reporting and coordination of activities and adjust against fast-changing scope and business requirements changes.
- Lead the implementation, change & adoption of the deliverables to ensure business value realization
- Drive feasibility study with system architects or portfolio leads to identify and synthesize decisions, inputs and supporting engagements with technical subject matter expert to recommend most impactful solution, project scope or execution strategy
- Lead in lean and agile way of working
- Interface with local and cross-site stakeholders, agile team, product owners, and management leadership team
- Drive and facilitate efficient & effective transformation and changes from business needs to business results
- Ensure definition and deployment of business relevant key measurement and objective key results
- Presenting & communication progress reports, status summary, system demo
You will bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information System, Computer Science or Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in software solution development, project / program management and project delivery
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
