Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or face to face, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and pricing.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Order Processing:
  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and returns.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about product features, specifications, and updates to effectively assist customers.
  • Provide product recommendations and educate customers on the benefits of our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
