We are seeking a Roofing Project Coordinator to join our team!
Home Remodeling Project Coordinator needed for one of the fastest growing national industry leaders. In the past 36 months we have grown from $40mm to an estimated $450mm annual sales revenue company that offers best-in-class products and training.

Position Offers:
- $55,000 Aggressive bonus potential, all in income potential $75,000

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience managing a team
- Must have residential roofing experience
- Ability to manage a large volume of projects
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

Manager in Training Responsibilities:
- Setting appointments with customers after sale
- Confirming contract obligations and non-contract obligation with the buyers
- Taking finial measurements for product production
- Documenting complete details required for quick and smooth installations
- Follow up on collection and funding of all jobs under 60 days
- Shipping and receiving of product weekly
- Controlling material and labor cost
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
