What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Coordinator position at Erika 4Trips?
We are looking for people who love to have fun booking travel. Duties include arranging transportation, accommodations, and entertainment for business and individual travelers. Travel Consultants may also specialize by type of travel, such as leisure or business, or by destination. You will also promote travel packages on behalf of cruise lines, resorts, and specialty travel groups.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Book vacations for clients
- Talk to vendors on behalf of the clients
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Message "Remote" To Nine Five Six, Three Seven Six, Eight Seven Five Seven to schedule an Informational Meeting
- Be able to attend webinar training
- Must have computer/phone/laptop and WIFI
- Self-Motivated
- Communication Skills
- Prepare quotes and review with clients in order to close bookings
- Create social media marketing posts and creative fliers
- Participate in various marketing activities
- Attend daily training and webinars
- Complete certification training curriculum and attain specialization certifications
- Book online domestic and international travel packages including cruises, hotel, air, car, activities, and event tickets
- Create itineraries and invoices
- Follow-up with clients and prepare them for their travel event
- No sales quota
