Duties:
- Oversee and assist the manager with all office operations and procedures
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development
- Handle human resources tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and reports
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
**Must be a team player and be willing to step in to help lower level when someone is out of office**
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of payroll processing systems and HR software
- Experience in supervising and leading a team
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Handle HR issues as they arise and help mediate HR issues as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
