Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Processing contracts and invoices as set forth in the procedure guidelines
  • Maintaining company records in and orderly and detailed manner
  • Dealing with customers/co-workers/owners in a professional and confidential manner
  • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner, and adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned or requested by Erwin Keith, Inc

SKILL/EDUCATION:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (will substitute stable work background)
  • Professional interpersonal skills, appearance and attitude
  • Good follow through skills
  • Punctual work habit history
  • Detail oriented
  • General computer skills

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
