E&S Ring, a premier residential property management company, is looking for a confident, dynamic, and entrepreneurial leader to manage the three apartment properties and marina that make up Marina Harbor Apartments and Anchorage. The ideal candidate will have the skills, experience and wisdom of a seasoned Regional Manager.
We own this property, so we care deeply about the results as well as the relationships with our colleagues and customers, and the General Manager will help us improve our strategy, accountability and performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Delivering excellent customer experience, increasing our competitiveness, enhancing the quality of our community, improving our on-line reputation and driving NOI growth
- Leading and mentoring a team of 28 employees with three direct reports (Leasing Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Anchorage Manager)
- Managing the day-to-day operations of 966 apartment homes and 321 boat slips
- Playing an integral role in planning and executing a $50M to $100M renovation
What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:
- Integrity, confidence, resourcefulness, objectivity, dependability, sincerity and humility
- Leadership that inspires and motivates
- Minimum 10 years of experience in property management or related field
- Proven experience leading teams of 20 or more people
- Sales and marketing experience to help drive leasing results in a competitive market
- Experience in facilitating and collaborating on large-scale renovation projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Diplomacy as this position interacts with the Department of Beaches & Harbors and other county government agencies
- Knowledge of budgets and financial statements with strong analytical ability to connect the dots that lead to prudent management action
- Practical application of revenue management software
- Working knowledge of property management software, Excel and basic business applications
- Innovative ideas to improve our business
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business, Real Estate, Mathematics or Marketing a plus
- Certified Property Manager or CCRM designation is advantageous

Your Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday but occasionally nights and weekends as circumstances dictate
